Plan Maintenance

The Emergency Operations Plan will be reviewed and updated, at a minimum, on an annual basis by the Director of Emergency Management and Planning. A Record of Revisions will be maintained.

Plan Testing and Training

The Emergency Operations Plan will be tested annually through an exercise developed utilizing framework provided by the Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program. Supplementary training will also be conducted for individuals who have responsibilities identified in the plan.

Standard Operating Procedures/Guides

All business units assigned a role in the plan and its supporting documents are responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate standard operating procedures or guides for their assigned duties and tasks.
